I tried hanging out at church to find a man, and all of the ones I found wanted men too. I tried hanging out at Big Navy to find a man, and that didn't work either.
Say that prayer while you're in the states. It's one way to be 99.9% certain that you also aren't "closely related" to the guy you find. LOL
The right one will find you...
